2. Welcome to RocktAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, RocktAI.dev (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of service. RocktAI allows users to generate websites using AI by entering prompts. You can also chat with the AI to customize your website. Generated websites can be copied and used freely. Currently, the Service is free, but this may change in the future.

4. User eligibility. The Service is open to everyone. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

5. Local Storage. RocktAI uses browser local storage to temporarily save chat messages and generated content so users can continue where they left off. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers, except what is necessary to generate AI results. You may delete this data at any time by clearing your browser storage or using features on the website.

6. User Content and Data Processing. You may enter prompts or messages to generate websites. These prompts are sent to our AI provider only for the purpose of generating a response. We do not permanently store your prompts or generated content on our servers. We do not use prompts or generated websites to train models or build datasets.

7. Liability and disclaimers. RocktAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any errors, bugs, or issues in the generated websites. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the Service. You use RocktAI at your own risk.

8. Changes to the service and terms. We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Athens, Greece.
